At Florence Home Decor, we take great pride in offering premium imported home décor, furniture, and lighting. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
However, in the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item or a product of equal value. To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos of the damage.
Please note:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was damaged during delivery.
